Poco può essere usato come aggettivo, pronome, sostantivo e avverbio. - Come aggettivo e pronome, poco si traduce con little davanti o al posto di nomi non numerabili e con few davanti o al posto di nomi plurali: poco zucchero = little sugar; aggiunse poco a quanto aveva già detto = she added little to what she had already said; pochi libri = few books; ne ho letti pochi = I read few of them.
